This great video explains the 'black ring' phenomenon, whereby some ufos apprear only as black rings of smoke in the air.

Interesting video, but as your thread suggests it actually does nothing to explain the phenomena, but rather just presents some videos and a few paragraphs describing the clouds. There is no explanation at all in the video.
