Free Running Video's = Insane

Free Running, awesome vids.

Are these guys insane or not. It says it's Parkour at the youtube site but it's not, it's Free Running. Dont call it by the wrong name, they get really ticked off judging by some of the comments under the various vids. Whatever you want to call it, i thinkl its cool.

The easiest way to explain the differences between the two activities is that in parkour you try to get from A to B in the most efficient and natural way which could be exercised in case of a real threat, whereas in free running you might employ movements of greater complexity, solely for their aesthetc value and the challenge of execution

Parkour = efficiency
Free Running = style

I wonder if their mom's know what their doing!

Got anymore post em up, or what do you think, it's a sport to these guy's, it certainly takes skill, fitness, courage. Is that a fair definition for a sport?
