Larry Silverstein is Off the Hook

1) Silverstein had no prior knowledge of the 9/11 attacks and was simply manipulated by "THEM."

2) Larry Silverstein knew that the Twin Towers would be attacked and was provided the opportunity to take financial advantage of the incident.
