Just thought I'd pass this along. I just downloaded this program. It's offered for just about every OS. I reccommend anyone with an interest in astronomy to check it out. I think it may be limited to our solar system as far as seeing planets, but it's really cool to see where stars are in the sky. Very clean interface. More intuitive than GoogleEarth.

I already have this program. It is quite useful and easy to use. The only disadvantage is that I cannot find a way to set the date to one further in the past than about 30 years. I had originally downloaded this to test some of the theories about the pyramids being aligned to certain stars at certain dates, and was unable to do that. However, it is still an excellent program.
