Something about Nothing

This thread is about nothing and on occassions nothing becomes something and sometimes something becomes nothing. Put them together and you get something for nothing. Do you have anything to add about something about nothing in this crazy world we live in today? Rik Riley

My belief in classical physics doesn't allow something to become nothing. Nor does it allow nothing to become something. The total amount of mass and energy is constant. Although something could become something else it would still be something and nothing implies a total lack of something, hence no thing.

Perhaps Quantum Physics would disagree.

By adding nothing is there now something?
