kangaroo steak with pepper sauce.

kangaroo is definately the ultimate meat, and its proof that us aussies will chuck anything on the bbq including animals that appear on our nations coat of arms (roo + emu)

I would try kangaroo. Does it taste gamey? I have ostrich all the time and it is very good.

some people say its a little bit gamey, but i dont find it to be. (its not as gamey as rabbit, well to me anyway)

if you overcook it then it can get a little tough, but if cooked by anyone who knows how to cook a half decent ordinary steak then you have no probs.
