Georgia medicaid recipients security breach

I just saw on the news (CNN) that a computer disk with all the names, addresses, birthdates, and social security numbers for welfare/medicaid recipients in the state of Georgia is missing. Apparently, the disk was mailed and the package went missing. I am trying to find something online to post a link. I saw this on the TV CNN news. So the private sensitive information of low income citizens in the state of Georgia was just mailed on a disk for some reason and is now who knows where.

Considering how much of society feels about low income and welfare recipients, I would be surprised if this were not covered up very quickly with no problem.
