would i have to pay another 250 points to buy one again? im still trying to get out of bts debt! and those ats points are pretty valuable!

Yes, you would have to spend more points to do so.

If you want to avoid going more negative on your BTS points, make sure you select to use ATS points only.

Not really about my background colour.. But my mini custom pic.. lately has been up several times during my post.. instead of just once like it used to be the pic is showing up three or for times vertically, can anyone help me out with this please?

But from your description it sounds like you bought a background image from the store. If you just one the one picture (an avatar), set it in your "Account Settings" (it's free!).
