UFO technology being used?

The exhaust speed of 300,000,000 m/s should tell you this is the speed of light or very near the speed of light. So this is either some form of photon propulsion (laser sail), which has an inherently low thrust contrary to the claim, or antimatter propulsion (not the gammas prduced but the highly energetic charged pions, mesons, etcetera) which has inherently high cost for the production of antimatter contrary to the claim. So it's pretty much bogus.
