I also see that another Mod is back to being a normal member. I won't mention who but if this was a decision by the powers that be, well done excellent decision, now they can't be rude as, and hide behind their mod status .

I hope like heck any former mod continues to hang around and deny ignorance in that uniquely scholarly way that they have. In fact, without the "mod" anchor maybe even be a bit more... emphatic (within the limits of the T&C, of course). Sometimes a member will get away with things a mod shouldn't try, ya know?
