The United Kingdom the cradle of democracy, a country with thousands of years of history and culture now appears to be turning into the Police state that many have feared. The reason the WOT, yet this is strange because through the years of Northen Irelands unrest in which countless acts of terrorism had been enacted out their was never any suggestion of imposing draconian or dictatorial rule on the peoples of the kingdom.

No ID cards, no fear mongering, no none of that, but we are told terrorism today is different. Well anyone who know's anything about terrorism will say nothing has changed that terrorism comes about by one group (or several) who use violent means to bring about change and last time I looked nothing has changed.

So with this idea in mind the Uk Goverment tells us that we require all these cameras for our own safety. Well one would ask from whom, were are the much vaunted terrorists where are their outrageous acts. Maybe the Police are really good at stopping would be terrorists, but then again that is probally crap.

No the cameras are not their for terrorist activities, they are there for those that pose the real risk and that is us the people of the UK, we are the risk to security. Police who cannot catch a drug runner, murderer or rapist can catch you on your mobile phone whilst driving, they can catch you speeding, all petty offences of course. They have us jumping through hoops at airports, they all want to carry guns, to stop and search you without reason and one would add all this in a country with one of the lowest crime rates in the world.

So we ask the question again, what are all these cameras for, does it make anyone feel safer, do they reduce crime, more importantly do they deter people from commiting crime, no they dont. So who is really gaining from all this surveilance of the populace is it big brother for big brothers sake or is there some real reason for them.

Is the big show being plotted and now that in the modern age we all enjoy far more freedom and liberty and that needs to be curtailed. Are those who run the show in fear that we the people will not be lead down that path again and is it part and parcel of that to dumb us down once again.

A populace is more malleable and controllable when liberities and freedoms are severely restricted, they are less likely to revolt.

i say once you issue you citizens rights and freedoms and they get used to them, when you attempt to take them away is when you will encounter heavy resistance.

popular agitation can be seen all over the world, but is usually crushed by the state apperatus.

I undertand the UK is a crime ridden country. It's full of drunks, thugs, muggers, drug dealers.

It's has no culture anymore.

Everyone just binge drinks and taking drugs according to you own surveys.

The girls having sex at 8 and full of single mothers and no fathers....in other words you have become degenerates.
Your justice system is a joke with criminals nd low life having more rights then the victims.

In other words it's your own fault.
