Boeing Fitting Aircraft With Illegal Parts?

Are Boeing fitting their aircraft with illegal devices that could enable terrorists to remotely hijack airliners and crash them into high profile targets? In light of what happened on 9/11, Boeing's blanket denial that this practice has taken place is both highly suspicious and a threat to national security.

Maybe this is what some people have referred to in previous posts about remote controlled aircraft. I would think a lot more qould be involved here but given the chips size and potential it could be conceivable that it has broader uses. The Associated Press also states that this chip is used for military applications.
