I don't know if there is a best anthem. They seem to all be pretty good, and is according to what is close to your soul.

I like some of the ones mentioned above, but my favorite is "When the Children Cry", by White Lion, mainly because it talks about the wrongs of the world only hurting our future. It isn't really a happy song, but an anthem nonetheless.

I think you mean, Genesis. Disturbed were the second band to cover the song, as far as I'm aware, after In Flames.
