Do you have to pay ATS points to subscribe to threads?

I just thought that I'd ask. I was wondering whether you have to pay in ATS points to subscribe to threads. That idea would make sense to me. So, and because of my fear of having to pay for subscribing to threads, due to my phobia I am afraid of subscribing to threads. Could some one tell me whether it's free or not?

It's absolutely free.

When you suscribe, that thread will show up in the myATS favourites link even though you haven't posted to the thread yourself.

Subscribing to a thread enables you to monitor a thread without replying to it

All of the above, and of course if you reply to a thread, you are automatically subscribed to that thread, which will then show up in MyATS in your subscribed threads list.

Dude, you have over 17000 points.

You could buy one of everything in the ATS store, and still have change leftover. No need to worry about points here anyway.

It's not like they will withdraw from your bank account, if you manage to become overdrawn on your ATS points.

In reality, everything here is free. Even the ATS points that you accumulate. The only cost to you is a little time and effort on your part, to contribute something to the site.

Right, and thats the whole idea. points are rewarded for posting to keep
us all involved. Everything is free, the points you earn can buy such
insignificant things like a bigger U2U box or some fancy sayings under
your avatar. Subscribing is a good thing. Due to the amount of new
threads posted every day subscribing lets you check, post, review and/or
delete threads you are interested in.
