Strange Fortean weather phenomena is reported periodically from across the globe. Things fall from the sky that really shouldn't. This story is one
of the more rare weird weather to have come across our desk in some time. Orange snow. The Omsk region of Russia was recently blanketed in it. Russian
officials have said the snow doesn't contain any chemical byproducts or other elements that may be harmful to humans, and have admitted that further
testing will be needed to determine exactly what made the snow turn orange. One suggestion they had is that it's possible winds may have picked up
sand from as far away as the Sahara or Gobi deserts, mixed with the snow, and deposited it on the Russian landscape. Previously, scientists have
pointed to desert sands drifting hundreds of miles as the cause of yellow snow that fell in Poland. Whatever the cause, you must see the photographs.
The weird orange snow makes the terrain look like Mars.
