i remember wright phillips playing for man city a few seasons back when they stormed the league, and they had a good cup run, i think they beat newcastle in one of the rounds? and he was great

are you reffering to the pic under your name? thats the avatar, the avatar is to be no longer than 200 x 150 pixels. when you find the one you want, go into profile and look for edit, in there, you will see avatar, copy and past the link into it. you can find the pixel size in properties of the image you are looking at

for images to appear in the post do this [img] then the link then [ / img] without the spaces

the way i explained it, it has to be a link on the internet

for what you are trying to do, there is a member upload, you can upload stuff from your computer on to sports tawk, then you get a link, and copy and paste that on to the avatar part

i will use TRD for a example alrite (his avatar)
