Preston North End have pulled off a major coup by signing goalkeeper Carlo Nash on a three-and-a-half year contract from Middlesbrough. The 31-year-old started his career with Clitheroe before going onto play for Crystal Palace, Stockport and Manchester City. The deal could cost Preston up to 175,000 overall.
