It was a night of entertaining boxing at the Zamalek Club in Giza, Egypt last night, as enthusiastic fans saw local hero Ahmed "The Riot" Mustafa scored another win, and move his unbeaten record to 6-0 (4). Mustafa out-punched countryman Ramadan Mahmoud (1-0 going in) from the start, and floored him in the first round of this junior-middleweight encounter. Mahmoud got up to survive the round, but by the next round it was all over. The swarming style of "The Riot" was too much for him, and the referee stopped the action: Mustafa won by second round TKO.

In the chief support, co-promoter Richard Nwoba stayed unbeaten himself, when he scored a clean knockout in round two against Romie Abdu Rahman. Nwoba, an Egypt-based Nigerian light heavyweight, thereby upped his ledger to 5-0 (5), and Rahman dropped to 1-1 (0).
