charged with breaches at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba."
This is a slightly long article, very good though. What I don't get is, how does an "Officer" whos "job" it is to ensure all rules and
regulations are carried out at all times by all personel, make such a mistake?! Not to mention he didn't get promoted to Colonel by being sloppy in
the first place, I suspect he is takeing alot of heat.
Then again he may have just been one of those paper pushing no loads who just brown nosed his way up the ladder, don't matter now does it...
