UK 'hacker' wanted by US

Federal authorities in the US are seeking to extradite a British man for allegedly hacking into nearly 100 computer networks operated by the military and Nasa.

now, i put this here because i heard - though its not mentioned in this specific article - that he was able to pull this off due to 'old' security loop-holes in windows software. comments, anyone?
