the article speaks of other craft that were found do we have any idea of what else was in there??

Also raises the questions of what else is buried out there??

or could this be the goverments feeding us information to justify their war

Not a damned thing now...it's full of sand. Man, I guess their plan was to "preserve it" and then completely tear it down and rebuild it. And it would have to be COMPLETELY torn down and rebuilt.

How bizarre!

given the technology we have, I have a hard time believing they can't scan the dirt with some sort of metal detector beam and determine where # is buried. It might take a while...but still. There's gotta be something that can do this.

I read the news article in the link provided on the first post - what I find far more interesting than the Foxbat (fitted with the latest in French and Russian avionics in violation of UN sanctions) is the statement in the last paragraph -
"in recent days the critics have fallen silent as word quietly leaked from Iraq that major (WMD) discoveries have already been made and are now being documented completely. Bush administration officials are keeping any such discoveries secret for the moment."

If this article is true it will turn the 2004 election on it's ear...
