Mind showing us anywhere in this thread where we mentioned these were used for UFO's? I found the picture and posted the image, not to relate it to anything "UFO," but to see what its purpose was, considering the structures around it and the design.

This is the link to a Nuclear powered aircraft. it needed a huge runway, similar to the one's you may have been talking about.
