Hey, I Need Some Help For Podcasting

I was wondering how to actually create a PodCast.
1) How to record?
2) How to upload to the site?
3) Is there a forum for Humor in the podcast world?
I generally hang out on BTS, and would like to try my hand at podcasting some of my "thinkin'....." threads.
