Please forgive me if this has been posted already...

This bill would require
Federal financial assistance data, as well as data about government
contracts, to be available for public access through a searchable
database on the internet. The question I want to pose is how
transparent do you think this will be in regards to where this money is going?

Personally, I really don't think that we are going to learn any more
than we know now as far as where our money is going. Not to mention
that the definition of "classified information" is being broadened every
day. Seeing that so much money is going to projects deemed classified,
I really don't think anything in this database that will be created would be a huge eye-opener.

Link to the bill is HERE

This bill was redacted by Obama of Illinois and I think that is a great way to keep track of our tax payer money.

Specially when the present administration has a thing for doing everything in secret and from the prying eyes of the We the people
