Fake witness? (Fox news on 9/11/01)

Is it just me or is this guy blatantly lieing when he starts insinuating that
structural failure was caused by fire. Right after the towers fell he was interviewed.
It feels like he added his last sentence abnormally, just listen to how he tells it and
how his voice sounds, its quite obvious to me he is lieing.
How on earth can he possibly insinuate this? A random witness?

I agree, I watched this last night and his comment seemed a bit forced... doesn't really prove anything though.

Seems to me a deliberate attempt to misinform the public right from the start :/
