Very fake, indeed. The clouds on the left have the same pattern.

I wonder why the image had even been doctored. The city in the original looks just as worse in destruction, than the doctored.

In the original it appears that most, if not all, the smoke come from one building, while on the fake one it appears that several buildings were producing that smoke.

The original seems to have a more dramtic effect. IMO seeing a trail of smoke that is miles in length, reaching more than 20 stories in height, from one building rather than two or three is much more effective in showing how bad it is.

Your comment about the Zionist in the media is very ignorant and bland, btw.

Israel said they would ceasefire if Hez stops rocket attacks & return the soldiers...but nothing.

So you're saying that Israel is willing to stop killing people, if the Iranians give up their land that is occupied by Israel, forgo any chances of getting their civilians that Israel kidnapped years ago, and also be left with millions of dollars of unpaid damage by Israel, if they stop fighting against people who are bombing them and their civilians over two soldiers and accept Israel's "right" to exist even after Israel has caused a great amount destruction in their country and economy like nothing had happened?

Pretty sad...

The article references suspcious photos from Qana taken by the same photographer. Here's a page that discusses these photos. Disgusting as well.

I see...

So to remove some "dust" from a picture, the person decides to use the clone tool to fix it, and so happens to take the sample from a specific area that will make it appear that the devastation is far greater than reality.

Whatever... the unemployment line is that way with Jayson Blair and the NY Post's Page Six crew.

No. Israel made a simple offer: "We will suspend airstrikes for 48 hours (at least). If Hezbollah cease rocket attacks." Hezbollah ignored said offer.

Your comment about Mideast geo-politics was very ignorant BTW.

Especially given the fact Jordan, Syria and Iraq sit between Israel and Iran. Perhaps you were referring to the Shebaa Farms district, which is occupied by Israel, claimed by Lebanon and used by Syria as an excuse not to negotiate over the possible return of the Golan Heights and normalisation of relations.

And Hezbollah are an illegal armed force, in contravention of UN Security Council resolution, who carried out an attack on the forces of a sovereign nation in contravention of international law. An attack which murdered 8 Israeli soldiers and abducted 2 more.

Hezbollah has fired 3,000 Katyushas into northern Israel. Now, where did a non-governmental organisation whose stated purpose is to end Israeli occupation of Lebanon, which ended 6 years ago, get an arsenal like that from?
And why, given that the Lebanese civil war ended 16 years ago, has Hezbollah never disarmed as every other Lebanese militia has?

If Hezbollah had disarmed with the other militias there would be no F16 missions into Lebanon and no Israeli soldiers in Bint Jbeil.

he was trying to remove dust marks and that he made mistakes due to the bad lighting conditions

REPLY: One photo he manipulated was of an air strike, where he added a couple of extra flares to make it look like more than the single one the plane actually dropped.

Yep..... he's the same guy who did the photos in Qana, which many have said were "staged". They learn quick..... same thing has happened in Iraq, also.

Speaking of Qana, Hezbubble returned to the same neighborhood where a building was hit because of previous missile launches.... and launched more missiles.

News yesterday was that Reuters have pulled all 920 photos submitted by the guy because he isn't trustworthy.

Way to blow your professional credibility and future career prospects. Maybe Al Jazeera and Al Arabiya are looking for some stills photographers...
