Dozens of UFO's over Santiago de Chile in plain sight

I just saw a Colombian news broadcast news of a video that shows several UFO's orbiting Santiago de Chile in the middle of the day. Supposedly the Chilean armed forced tried to censored that tape. what you see in the video are the standard Silver plates...

A Peruvian expert is set to show the full video on a conference this week in Bogota...

So has anyone else sees this video? If so how reliable it looks?

Did they give you a hand sign. The one where you make a circle out of your thumb and index finger and raise your other three fingers? Was the video taken this year? If so, they are right on schedule.
