Commercial Space Flight: So What's The Flight Plan?

I've been doing some reading into commercial space flight, and it seem that there is a lot of companies srpinging up other than virgin
here one for example

and i've been wondering do sub orbital flights count as being in space or is it weightlessness
then there are two types of space travel companies
the other is just an agency to book flights in ex:
www.atlasaerospace.net...
so what gives where is the eat at joe's so i can get out and float around, someplace like the space station would be nice, they could share teh money right?
