Sorry if you think this is in the wrong forum but I had a look and this seems to be the most suitable.

Who are the Horlocks?Majestic12 mentions them here
www.abovetopsecret.com...
I asked who they are and he told me to google it.
I got no results and I know telos tried also, so if anyone has any info please post here,I know Aussienutter is interested also.

I found this

It seems to have some references to what Majestic12 was talking about.

Some indications seem to suggest that a human civilization,
possibly pre-dating the American 'Indians', were encountered in
these caverns and that a loose 'alliance' might have resulted
between this society and certain Federal 'officials' (FBI, etc.)
in the city above. There are also indications that some of these
may have a connection with the subterranean group known as the
Telosians, based largely beneath Mt. Shasta, California.

The 'Horlocks'
are as we've suggested earlier allegedly a dero-like group of
human slaves who are manipulated and kept under reptilian control
via implantation, technosis, etc.

They're underground/cave-dwelling slaves?

Sounds like the Morlocks.

About 3/4 way into this there is a story told about underground cave dwellers, and horlocks www.reptilianagenda.com...

I am finding that so many different, seemingly unrelated sources stories seem to coalesce into these winged white draco's at the top of some caste system. They probably inspired tales of vampires. Was Vlad a dragon prince?

All reptiles are not bad/evil, from what I hear/read. Thankful for any good news in the dragon tales/draco tales/dogon tales saga
See what caffeine does to a person? It is a bad drug.

They are discussed here as implied evil subterranean dwellers, but very briefly. www.bibliotecapleyades.net...
