I had it awhile, no spyware, but I was disappointed. Going to try PRO soon.

I don't think that it comes with some spyware, and if it does I do not think you would find information about that on Google...

Why were you disappointed? If it was because of the pictures, the Pro version does not have better pictures, the difference is on the tools available, not on the pictures.

Pro, is MUCH MUCH faster and the print quality is MASSIVE compared to the free version.

You also get the GPS availability.

Just got it on my Blackberry and now I don't need tomtom

OK, I was just checking if you really knew the differences.

We can never know what the other people are thinking...

They call me "Tecno-boy" at work.

What's the point in having money, if you can't have the toys, right?

"He who dies with the most toys, wins."

I've always felt that Google is collecting data on everything you search for on Google Earth.
The first thing most people will do with the program is look for their own house, and then friends and family.
They can know your interests by tracking things like the time you spend looking at airports, military bases, landmarks, etc...

Google keeps far more information on people than you know, and I don't think they throw anything away, ever.

So yes, in a way the whole thing is spyware.

Download the new (BETA version) of Google Earth, it's really cool. You can also download a small program that easily allows you to create models (houses, statue of liberty, etc.) to add into Google Earth.
