England will never win the cup again, period.

Football used to be about the fun, not about pretty-boys who fall down at the slightest tap and appear in cheesey adverts.

I agree.

Beckham was atrocious, Lamps was off his game, Gerrard was not firing on all cylinders BUT if I was a sports writer, I would have written this headline:

"ROO BLEW IT FOR US!"

That was fantastic - I was jumping up and down on my couch for Portugal! As long as England and Brazil got knocked out, I'm a happy fan.

Do I detected a modicom of sarcasm?

How come you did not managed to beat 10 man England after Roo's co United player got him sent off?

I am NOT excusing Roo's behaviour in any way, but that wink really
me off!

Amazing that with Rooney's sending off, England managed to play their best footie - although somewhat belatedly!

I bet you're even a closet United supporter as well!
