A plan to take over the world

This website I found says it plans to take over the worked in the none to distant future, 2035~2045.
Personally I think it is rubbish but you had better look just incase.

It is called FedCom, or the Federated Commonwealth.
What is more strange about them is their, of rather his lack of financial backing, I.e., he has no money to even get paid web hosting. This is a bad start on its own if you wanted to take the world over.
