U2U Quota Question

So I see my U2U inbox bordering on full for quite a while, and I've already deleted the ones I don't want, but it's still nearly full. I go to buy an increased quota, and I see this:

Please confirm that you wish to purchase 100 additional U2U's to your total quota. Please keep in mind that your increased quota does not protect you from periodic U2U purges of any message older than 45 days.

So if I put the old ones in the save folder, they will still get purged? That's just... *sigh*

As far as I know, the 'saved' u2u's are safe from any purges.

The first I heard of purging, btw. So I would be interested to find out myself about this for sure.

Okay, I just went to the'store', and did a quick check, and yes it says the same for me. I just never noticed it before.

Then I checked my 'saved' u2u's. They are still intact. They go back to the day after I registered. Almost three months, so I would say with a 99.9% accuracy, that 'saved' u2u's are safe.

btw - don't forget saved u2u's also count against your quota.

You have 1155 total U2U's. Your quota is 1250.
