I just heard he got killed.

What will this mean for Iraq and Al-Qaida? will the Insurgents be demoralized or will they fight with even more zeal?

Or alternatively, he got killed by the US Government if Al-qaida is indeed part of the CIA if you subscribe to Alex Jones' theories perhaps due to screwing up in his video?

It would be interesting to see what happens now!

this link SUCKS..
but it does say he's dead, although it offers NO INFORMATION.

But,

it says 2 officals are waiting for iraqi's confirmation,
but only one of them is not sure how it would be confirmed.

Who killed him?
Iraqi's?
Americans?

Already it doesnt feel right.

Sure he did... I think... what did he do again? IDK

If he is dead it doesn't matter.. the war hungry generals will just say theres a new top terrorist threat to hunt for now.

Maybe this will help the President's bad press for a few days. Anyways though,

Great job US forces!

this will either be a blessing for iraq or the start of a reign of retaliatory attacks, i hope it is a blessing.

this is already good news for oil prices(for consumers, not for the oil barrons), bloomberg are reporting that oil prices are plummeting in the wake of his death.

Good news,

He got off too easy though - after the stuff he has done (beheading people, torture and killing civillians) he should be captured and tied off a bridge by his genetalia.

But he's dead so it's all good

where is the proof???

I want to see his body!! If this is true (which I highly doubt) this means the end to Al Queda...
CIA had plenty of opportunities to take him out but didnt so what did he blow himself up????

When I see his body and DNA verifies its him, then I will believe it!

Well i agree its good riddance to bad rubbish, but to think for a moment that there isnt someone waiting in the wings to take his spot would be foolhardy. How long did it take for the US to catch up with this guy. Its one less to worry about for now but i wouldnt want to be on the ground in Iraq in the next few weeks as there will surely be waves of retaliatory strikes. As if there arent enough each day now. On a positive note it is one less evil p#$%k to worry about.

NJE777,

The proof is all over the news. POSITIVE facial identification and POSITIVE genetic identification with photos coming up soon.

It's more of a morale blow to Al-Queda in Iraq than anything. It will disrupt attacks in the short term. In the long term I guess the terrorists will be less organized/accurate/effective until someone takes the throne.

Don't forget Bin Laden is still around. So this is not the end of Al-Queda by any means.
