The age of the supersonic transport is really coming to light lately. Since the demise of the Concorde its been a prickly market at best, but people are finally starting to go for it.

Business jets that break the speed of sound are reported to be under development by the likes of Cessna, Sukhoi and Tupolev.

Interesting...I didn't know Cessna was into this kind of thing. Tupolev is no stranger to supersonic travel-Their past bombers were fantastic planes and I don't think it would take much to modify their existing designs for passenger flights.
