I'll think you'd find the majority of westerners are quite happy where they are, otherwise they would already be in the US, its not particularly hard to get in.

Are you aware that I've lately been seeing commercials on TV made by the state Food Bank? That these commercials are saying that 1 in 5 kids must go to bed hungry because their parents must make decisions like "pay for food or pay for heat"?
