Reminder About COMPLAINTS Link...

Hi Fellow ATS Members...


Just a friendly reminder about the Complaints Link at the top of the page. Please feel free to use it if you wish to lay a complaint or have any issues you feel need addressing in regards to the running of the website or any other concerns you may have.

Also...please keep in mind that the Complaints we receive are anonymous...we staff do not see who is making the Complaint, nor can we reply back to you as we would an ordinary post on the Forum.

So if you would like a direct u2u response to your complaint/issue, please include your user-name. For instance we have received some that may ask "Why doesn't my u2us work", in which case we are able to help them as we have no idea WHO sent it.
