CDC: No Government Recall Despite Outbreak

There was a news story listed on CNN.com for mere moments and now I can't find it anywhere. It had to do with the CDC covering up a Salmonella (sp?) outbreak from a meat processing plant in 2005 where the product reached several states. Does anyone have any info on this?
