I dont suggest anyone do this on my accord..
If you want to mess with your senses a little try this.
Go into a bathroom or a small room where there is a controlled light source(only one light that you can turn off).Keep the light off and close your eyes
now you have to open your eyes quickly as you turn the light on and shut them as you turn it off.If you do ity quickly enough and the right way.you will have almost a perfect picture of the room in your head.It will slowly melt away too.Its re3ally strange because when you move your body moves but the picture stays the same.It really messes with your sense of reality!!!

The image is recorded on your retina, a simple physiological event. Like when you look at the sun close your eyes turn away and it is still there!
I close my eyes before entering a dark room so my night vision isn't disturbed.
