Pope says God's Light is Incentive for NWO

...Am I reading this right? To me, this sounds like Ben-16 is saying that his god's light is an incentive to build a new world order. The key word of course being "order". What kind of god needs his people to get together and bring him to power so that he can create "order"? Not ANY kind of god I want to be subject to.
