Nasa's New Plans: Positive and Negative

On Sept. 19 NASA Administrator Mike Griffin revealed the agency’s new plan for implementing the president’s Vision for Space Exploration.

The plan has significant positive and negative features.

It seems NASA is rippling the scientific realm of exploration. The costs are very tremendous, the only point to be taken should be that of consent of the people. I think NASA should tend to what best suites the taxpayers and not personal intrest, but I do love that HLV design is being researched, I have always wanted some chance of going to the moon, so the moon walk is not all over as it seems.
