scratches and cuts

ok, when i go to bed and then wake up the next day, i always have these cuts on my ears and ear lobes. i have no pets. also after i wake up, i have these deep lines in my head, they look like scares but to me it seems like i was really dreaming about something very intense. any suggestion on what this could be from.

I've had something simular but its been odd scratches on my bodt like I had 2 identical scratces or cuts on both of my sholders one on each one
