Flip-Flop?

I remember when the GOP used the term "flip-flop" in a derogatory manner aginst the Democrats in the last election.

Now that the president has apparently changed his tune in regards to the immagration/border/alien worker situation. Would this be termed a "flip-flop" or a stratigic midcourse correction?

Choice of words and syntax is a lot like quantum physics; depends on who's observing dosen't it.

I don't think he has done much of a flip-flop on the border. I'd like him to though.

He might be trying to sound tougher, but he hasn't really changed his policy ideas and desire for a guest worker program that would include people already in the country illegally.
