Ok, I just spoke to them and of course they asked me how much shipping was being applied, etc, etc. All the things I didn't know.

Anyway, the lowdown is that the MAX shipping fees they remove is $15. Amazing what's in the fine print that they don't even tell me.

Anyway, if your shipping goes over that...then you will be charged the extra only they said (ie. $17 shipping, they will charge you $2) so if that is NOT happening for you...let me know via u2u and give me the specifics of how much you are spending, how much it is charging you and where (country) you live.

Bah! They got me again...

ImJaded was having a problem with the shipping promo and I had to call and find out, it only applies to shipping in the USA and not international.

Sorry about that folks. When we had a more global deal the quality was bad and here the quality is great but it's not so global friendly. Anyway, I will still be submitting some complaints to see what happens.
