Once you get enough ATS points you can go to "mCENTER" and change your Custom mini-profile background color to 162C77 and your Custom mini-profile text color to FFFFFF. Once that is done you should use this avatar.


It will sort of look like the CIA flag if you do all that

Be sure to do your own hosting just in case something happens to me.
