Limited Government

I have a tough time dealing with the conservative ethics of this country. whether it be gay marriage or drug laws, the more I see government interference in people's private lives the more I become frustrated and angry with it. I seriously question the ethics in sending someone to jail for marijuana use.

Any comments, solutions, or just general discussion?

Personaly, I liked the way the Pirates did it. They voted on who they wanted for Captain, if he didn't work out then they just made him walk the plank and voted in a new one. No mus no fus. Very democratic. Of course the warm beer and bread sucked, but you did get a daily allowance of rum
and everyone got to share in the booty. Oh and then there was that hanged by the neck until dead thing, that kinda ruined it, but hey who else got to rape pillage and steal..............well I guess our government is kinda like Pirates afterall huh.

i guess being on the opposite side of the law i have a biased point of view
