Not surprising to me

This just goes to show that not only are police stupid beyond belief, but only out to harass and make money for the local government.

In Australia a "dead" elderly man was in his car for 9 days before anyone noticed.
To add insult to injury, a cop put a parking ticket on the car with a 8 day old dead body in it.
I would expect them to see the dead body and I expect further it must have started to smell after 8 days.

I may have a very opinion of cops, but I continue to get better and better reasons for it.
