Does any one know much about panel beating?

more exacly does any one know how much it should cost to beat out a toe sized dent in the side of a car?

it was caused by a kick from a foot (mine)

my mate says he thinks its gonna be 500 dollars (aus)

and im sure its less

could any answers please have the currency your using?
