I was looking at the Board Information www.abovetopsecret.com... .

Is it still possible to purchase webmail? Im thinking about doing this when I get the points, when I get the chance. Thanks mods

It can still be done, but the service is no longer available. Since the server upgrade, the purchase of webmail accounts has been shelved. The idea is not entirely gone, however.

I think the turn off censors is a permanent feature, only access to the "really above top secret" forum is a pay-monthly feature.

Webmail is not availible at present.

Turning off the censors is a permanent purchase. Like phixion said, everything is except RATS access which needs to be done monthly.
