René Le Forestier's Bavarian illuminati Book

Does anyone have or know where I can get a copy of the book (doctoral thesis) Les illuminés de Bavière et la Franc-Maçonnerie allemande by René Le Forestier. The French National Library has a copy, but it’s a tad out of my way.

Judging from the table on contents, it’s definitely the book I need. It was written in 1915, I think so there should not be any copyright issues.
